Please keep in mind A deposit of $50 per person is kindly requested by November 15th, 2014 in order to ensure your accommodations at Azul Fives, Riviera Maya. Final Payments are not needed untill January 30th, 2015.
Deposits may be made by going to our travel agents website: www.Paradiseweddingsandtravel.com click on "credit cards"... click on "Tina Hearn's picture”. Fill out the payment form and click “Submit” once complete and the document will go directly to her in a secure document.
There is no additional cost for the services of our travel consultant, Tina Hearn. She will assist you with your hotel arrangements to provide the best travel value available, so you can join us for our celebration and your vacation. Air Travel
All guests are responsible for booking their own air travel to and from Cancun, Mexico. Cancun is only 30 minutes north of Azul Fives Hotel in Riviera Maya. The wedding party is planning on Arriving on April 10th (Friday). The wedding is taking place on April 12th (Sunday). We encourage guests to book their travel dates to what they are most comfortable with. Kimberlee & Steve are planning on departing Mexico on April 17th (Friday). Continued updates will be taking place so please check often to see what the couple are planning in case you would like to join.
Don’t forget your Transfers:
Lomas Travels provides transfers from and to the airport. They have been in business for the last 30 years and are very reliable. You can choose to provide your own transfers, but we have secured pricing through Lomas Travels at $46 per person round trip. Tina Hearn can help coordinate this service for you.
Travel Documents: PASSPORTS
All persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air must have a valid passport to enter Mexico. Please make sure your passport is valid at least 3 months after the date of entry into Mexico.
